Its testing is done at the 1,600-acre FM Research Campus in West Glocester, Rhode Island, whose 180,000 sq ft Fire Technology Laboratory reproduces warehouse-scale fires to test automatic sprinklers and builds full mock-ups for special-hazard extinguishing and water-mist systems, alongside laboratories for hazardous-location, gas-detection and fire-alarm equipment.
