It advises on the Code de construction du Québec and National Building & Fire Codes, prepares alternative- and equivalent-measures submissions to the RBQ and municipalities, and provides fire-safety engineering for sprinkler, alarm and smoke-control systems, plus fire origin-and-cause expertise, from Montreal and the Quebec City area. Acquired by J.S. Held in 2025 and still trading as Technorm, it works with design teams and authorities across the province.
